Blacklisting Payments
Due to high amounts of fraud on the internet you are able to blacklist payment submissions before they are sent to Authorize.Net. This allows you to save money on the transaction fees with Authorize.Net that are occured by doing so.
You are able to match any of the customer's billing information and IP Address for any fraudulent payments.
You should also be careful when matching payments to partial addresses, if you do decide to match against that information. You should probably never only have State, City, Postal Codes, or Country information alone when creating new Blacklisting data. If you do then you could ultimately block a whole country or an entire state by doing so.
